Return Eligibility
- Return Period:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support at supportinfo@wrenbean.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
- Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is received, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Inspection and Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at supportinfo@wrenbean.com with details of the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale Items:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
