Return Eligibility

  1. Return Period:
    • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer support at supportinfo@wrenbean.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is received, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Processing:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved Refunds:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet:
    • First, check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at supportinfo@wrenbean.com with details of the defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift Cards:
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Sale Items:
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
